Michigan Challenge Balloonfest is a celebration of hot air balloons in Howell! The event on June 26-28 of 2020 features three entertainment venues with family activities and attractions. The Saturday night Balloon Glow is a must-see, as around 20 hot air balloons take flight and glow against the night sky.

The Opera House

Built in 1881 in downtown Howell, the three-story late Victorian building known as The Opera House is the home of the Livingston Arts Council which provides quality arts and cultural programs.
