St. Patrick’s Day is upon us and the Brighton-Howell Area is ready to celebrate! Lucky for you, whether you’re looking for delicious Irish fare, bagpipes, step-dancers, or your yearly fix of green beer, you can find it in Livingston County! Don your best green gear and keep your eye out for four-leaf clovers as you get ready to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day.
The menu at 2Fog’s is already a hit, featuring favorites like scotch eggs, the lamb burger, and warm bread pudding. For St. Patrick’s Day, celebrate with a delicious meal from this downtown favorite. Eat up!
You’ll be saying “Irish you were here” to all your friends on March 14th when you step into Eternity Brewing’s taproom! With a live band 7-10pm, food available for purchase, the annual Crimson Crash release and an Irish coffee stout on tap, they will be making Ireland proud with their celebration!
If you’re looking for fun for the whole family, head to downtown Pinckney on Saturday the 14th! The fun kicks off at 11:30am with the Cutest Leprechaun Contest. At 12pm the parade steps off from the Pinckney Historical Cemetery and travels east down Main Street. Remember to wear green!
Another spot offering unique tours to Ireland is Bridget Gallagher’s Irish Tours and Treasures, now located in Howell! On March 14 they will be hosting a grand opening, followed by an open house. They are now located at 201 S. Michigan Ave. The ribbon-cutting will take place at 10:30am, followed by the open house until 4pm. There will be a piper with Irish tunes as well as Irish themed foods! Stout Irish Pub is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day 80s Party in conjunction with Scottie Alexander Entertainment & Events! Miranda and the M80s will be playing live music and the event will take place from 5-9pm. Come enjoy authentic Irish cuisine with live music!
M Street Baking Co will be featuring a variety of St. Patrick’s Day treats, including their mint chocolate chip milkshake! Check their social media for some hints of what is it come for St. Patrick’s Day!
Cleary’s Pub will be having a special St. Patrick’s Day menu which includes Corned Beef and Cabbage, Shepherd’s Pie, Reuben, Dublin, Guinness Stout Cod
